How do I make an appointment?Click the "Book Now" button on our Treatments or Shop page. You can also reach out to me via my Instagram page.

Do you have a cancellation policy?Yes, we require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Unfortunately, if you fail to notify us within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

What if it is my first time visiting the clinic?Please ensure that you have completed any pre treatment online forms when booking your treatment.

What do I do if I am running late?If you are running late, please send us a courtesy text to let us know. If you are more than 15 minuets late, we may need to reschedule otherwise this may be cut into your treatment time.

What if I am early?If you are more than a few minuets early, we ask that you please stay in your car until your appointment time. Alternatively, you can send a text and if we are not with a client we may be able to start your treatment early for you.

How do I pay?We accept Card, Cash or Bank Transfers.

Can I leave a review?YES, YES and YES! Being a small and personal business reviews mean everything and make the world of difference. You can leave a review on our google page or on my website under the Reviews section.

Are the AlumierMD products environmentally friendly?Yes. All product containers and boxes are recyclable, and we do not wrap our boxes in cellophane in order to reduce waste.

What can I expect after a chemical peel treatment?The skin is initially tender and more sun-sensitive and the epidermis renews itself. After the peeling takes its course (usually 3-5 days after the treatment) fresh new skin emerges and ingredients in homecare products start to work more effectively.

How many chemical peels do you need to see results?We recommend an initial series of six chemical peels. After one peel, the patient will see an evidential change to the skin. However, for best results, we recommend a series of six combined with home care and then followed by maintenance treatments to continue results.

Can I order products from you?Yes, you can visit our shop page or the link on our Instagram that leads you directly to our online shop. We send your products out to you within 48 hours of your order, with free shipping for orders over £50. We also provide gift cards via this website.

What If I can’t decide what facial I need for my skin concerns?We don’t expect you to, that's our job. We complete a detailed consultation and work out a plan that works for you, your budget and your skin needs.

Do you do online consultation?Absolutely, we understand that everyone leads busy lives and some people don’t have the spare time to come into the clinic. We can deliver a full consultation Via zoom, Microsoft teams or facetime and set up a clear plan for you from the comfort of your home.
